I spotted what looks like an old road as I was driving along looking for the Te Araroa Walkway and stopped to have a quick look. After searching, a suitable cache location showed itself and I placed the last of my prepared caches here ready for another intrepid explorer to find. Cache location terrain is slightly more challenging than the other caches I have placed today but the cache itself should be another quick find once there. Parking is close to GZ.
There is a TB that desperately needs to be moved on in this cache so please come and get it.
At this stage there are no further caches along here and a car can easily turn around in the driveway across the road. Longer vehicles will need to continue down the road where an easier spot for turning can be found. There is a nice view looking down to Otorohanga near here and on a fine day is worth driving to have a look. There is also cell phone reception at this location.
