This is a quick cache to introduce people to this Scappoose Veterans Memorial and the adjacent Heritage Park. In addition to the war memorial, the park features a gazebo, gender neutral restroom, skate park, playground equipment, and a water feature designed by Michael Curry Design.
During the year, the park hosts varied activities such as open-air movies, sauerkraut festival, classic car shows, farmers market, and Christmas light displays.
