The bouquet
Like a lot of thing associated with the wedding
the bouquet also has symbolic meaning. The
fresh cut flowers represents the new beginning.
They're also meant to bring forth hopes of
fertility, happiness and fidelity. The throwing
of the bouquet was meant as a distraction. The
people would tear pieces from the bride's gown
for good luck so the bride would throw her flowers
to help her get away.
