In the early days, Lukang was prosperous and prosperous, and immigrants of different nationalities were constantly fighting against each other in poor security, which was the coveted target of bandits. In order to protect their lives and property, residents set up gates around their homes. As a result, gates are scattered all over the streets, which is a major feature of the early Lugang Street Town. Aimen is the gate of the boundary between settlements. It has the dual function of defense and realm. Therefore, there is a saying that "evil is not enough to pass the gate." The only remaining one is located in an alley called Houchai Alley. Looking backward from the frame of the Aimen, The laneway lines at the rear form a deep spatial extension, and the two young children in the corner bring infinite hope to this quiet and ruined wall.
