深岩石は、火山灰が凝結した堆積岩で、見た目は大谷石とあまり変わりませんが
大谷石よりも強度があり水や温度等による風化の耐久性があります。
キャッシュGC7ZE9Aの文化活動交流館や川上澄生美術館にも深岩石が使われています。
残念ながらこの石はあまり知られておりませんが鹿沼のたった一か所でしか採れない貴重な石です。
この深岩石にまつわる場所にキャッシュを設置しました。
