Ballymenoch Park is situated on the outskirts of Holywood, Co. Down. It consists of 20 acres of woods and parkland and features some beautiful chestnut trees.
This is a Letterbox Hybrid so, to find the cache, you must follow these instructions:
- The posted coordinates are for the car park in Ballymenoch Park.
- Look for the two yachts on the pole.
- Take the path, in the direction of Bangor, along the perimeter of the park with the A2 on your left.
- You should be walking in a clockwise direction.
- Stop at a junction on the path 317m from the posted coordinates on a bearing of 94.36°.
- Take the path on the left.
- The cache is 37m (122ft) on a bearing of 4.97°.
- There is a stamp in the cache. You may bring your own ink pad or personal stamp.
- Please do not take the stamper!
- Be sure to bring a pen and tweezers.
