The mystery cache is NOT at the posted coordinates.  Please complete the Mystic Mermaid's Memorial Mall Mosey Adventure Lab to obtain the correct coordinates.  The bonus cache will take you to a location that Purdue students enjoy visiting and I hope you will too.  It is the perfect ending to celebrate our adventure!
