Update: Disappointing to say the least the original cache was taken. I did replace the cache, however, and still a fun find and be sure to leave/take a good read!
Being a mom of three super cool sons and an elementary school teacher for the past 24 years, I have always LOVED reading books to them and my students. When I discovered Mo Willems's books, I fell in love with a pigeon. Did she say she fell in love with a pigeon? Yes! I am not talking about an ordinary pigeon you might see on the streets but "The" Mo Willems Pigeon! Mo has such a creative way of bringing a smile to his readers' faces and a belly laugh to their souls. My 7 year old's first book he read from cover to cover was Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus! He had us all belly laughing! I fell in love with the Pigeon because like me and my boys, he is bold, persuasive, funny, stubborn, happy, persistent and curious. Traits that make up an adventurous Geocacher.
This is my first hide, and I hope the first of many to come. While you are here, enjoy the library!
