Windrose: The Saginaw Co. Parks Commission has approved a cache at Imerman park, with the stipulation that it be placed at the front of the park, near the playground. So I'm going to archive this cache. It's a shame, because the view of the river from the cliff was wonderful.
When I get a chance I will check out the area near the playground to see if it's do-able to put a cache there. Since the area is wide open (no cover at all) and heavily frequented by children, it's probably not feasable. Maybe a micro-cache will work.
All in all, my first cache hiding experience was a bust. I'll probably wait quite awhile before I try again.
