🇸🇪: Välkommen till Ångbåtsbryggan i Braås! CO har rötter från denna by, därav tyckte teamet att fler cachar behövdes här ute.
Här har man sedan 1700-talets mitt fraktat varor, bland annat malm, med båtar som lagt till vid bryggans kant. Järnvägen kom 1895 och skapade möjligheter för industri och handel kring sjön Örken. Man kunde nu transportera tyngre saker på ett effektivare sätt än med häst och vagn. Braås som samhälle kunde nu växa upp tack vara arbetsmöjligheter. Den första ångbåten trafikerade sjön från slutet av 1800-talet, när man köpte båten "Limhamn III". Den ersattes år 1915 med "Braås" som var mindre med starkare, och denna båt togs ur trafik 1938. Man transporterade även människor som ville åka på trevliga turer med båten, men detta upphörde när landsbussar kom på 1920-talet. Efter en uppsnyggning av strandområdet, som avslutades 2007, blev ångbåtsbryggans renorvation kronan på verket. bryggan invigdes till sist 1 september 2007!

Since the middle of the 18th century, goods, including ore, have been transported here by boats moored at the edge of the pier. The railway came in 1895 and created opportunities for industry and trade around Lake Örken. You could now transport heavier things more efficiently than by horse and carriage. Braås as a society could now grow up thanks to job opportunities. The first steamboat served the lake from the end of the 19th century, when the boat "Limhamn III" was bought. It was replaced in 1915 with "Braås" which was smaller with stronger, and this boat was taken out of service in 1938. People who wanted to go on pleasant trips with the boat were also transported, but this stopped when country buses arrived in the 1920s. After a beautification of the beach area, which was completed in 2007, the steamboat pier's renovation became the crowning achievement. the bridge was finally inaugurated on September 1, 2007!
