This was a rather interesting vacation for us. We didn't expect rain or snow at all in the sierras and were rather supprised to wake up to a cloudy sky and rain. I reccomend a camera for this spot, it is really worth it.
The cache is totally out of view and might be a little off of the coordinates because the trees were bouncing my signal around a little. The cache is in an ammo box that should be generally easy once you get to the area. There is an actual path most of the way, but you have to go a little off the path to get to the cache. Don't worry, you have a GPS so you wont get lost.
