Geocache Description:

1st time I tried to hide it there were smokers at the spot. Went for coffee and came back a 2nd time & construction workers were having a "gas station lunch" there . 3rd time the city workers were doing something but I waited them out. As you can see there is a heavy traffic area so be careful.
