This is a Challenge Cache and IS located at the posted coordinates. In order to claim a find you must have met the terms of the challenge. You may sign the log at any time and post a note on the cache page. Any "found it" logs that don't qualify will be deleted. There is a challenge checker you can run to see if you qualify.
Summer for me is the months of June, July, and August. Yes there are other months that are sometimes warm, but for me this is summer. You will need to use the checker attached to see if you qualify. You must have logged a minimum of 700 caches in the summer months of which 5 caches need to be Multis, 5 caches need to be Letterboxes, and 5 caches need to be Mysteries. All cache types count and no date restrictions. Byop. When posting, please include the numbers of your caches.
