This cache was nominated in the 2020/21 Victorian Cache of the Year Awards (Best 'Location'.
Every find is a milestone in geocaching: it may be your first find, your 100th find, your 1000th find, even your 10,000th find. You may be anywhere along this road, or even further beyond it.
For me, my 1000th find was memorable for logging the oldest cache in Victoria on Friday 9 April, 2021: GC7A Victoria’s 1st (Melbourne’s 1st).
“A Memorable Milestone” was inspired by that find, and I hope it gives you the chance to pause for a moment and celebrate your own journey. Be prepared to carefully pick your way up a faint, hidden track, and to discover a view at GZ. Celebrate wherever you are along your geocaching road, and take a memorable selfie using the photo props found in the cache. Please respect the props and leave them in the cache for future finders to use.

Cache advice
To avoid crossing fences, approach GZ via the Eastlink Lookout (listed as a waypoint). Approach from Yarran Dheran below via tracks and stairs from Schwerkolt Cottage, or park and approach via Stock Court from above. From the Eastlink Lookout, head directly across the sealed area to find the access point opposite. Follow the track to the left to climb above the cutting - take care of the steep drop off as you make your way up. You are looking for a camouflaged 2L sistema container.
