Congrats to BenM70 on the FTF 6/3/21.
A fun little Wherigo that requires some puzzle solving to get the cache location. Think it through and it shouldn't take you too long!
This is a WHERIGO cache. To find it, you need to download the accompanying Wherigo Cartridge to a compatible device to play it. Successfully completed, the cartridge will give you a compleation code as well as lead you to the cache location. Please remember to enter your completion code on the Wherigo website when done. The Groundspeak whereigo App for iphone is available in the App Store. Android players are available at the Google Play store. There are a hand full of GPS receivers that can play the Wherigo cartridges or a GPS-enabled PocketPC. If you are using a GPS-enabled PocketPC you will need the Wherigo player. This link to the GC forums might also be of some help if you are wanting to complete this cartridge from your smart phone.
At the given location, you will find a bridge with a walking path on the south side of it. On the east side of the bridge you'll find a Dingo, an Emu, and some Grain. Your task is to transport all three across to the west side of the bridge. However, you can only carry one item at a time. Leave the dingo alone with the emu, unsupervised, and the dingo will eat the emu and you will lose. Likewise, leave the emu alone with the grain, and the emu will eat the grain and you will lose. Fortunately for you, "losing" just means that you have to quit the cartridge and start the game over again.
Note:
The distance across the bridge is approximately 275m, and it will need to be crossed a minimum of 8 times, to complete this wherigo successfully (more if you get it wrong......) If completing during the hotter months, please ensure you have adequete water to keep hydrated.
Also, please be aware of the proximity to traffic on the highway, and be especially careful if you need to cross the highway. There are many freight and mining trucks in the area 24/7, so please ensure children are under constant supervision.
Best of luck!
This cartridge has been field tested on several devices I have that are Wherigo compatible.
