Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the posted Cooridnates.  To find the actiual location fo the cache you must answer a few questions to solve the puzzle.

I have lived in Hudson most of my life, as a kid I visited Benson Park to see the animals and enjoy the rides.  Like many New Englanders we have photos of our youth taken while spending a day in the park.  The park closed my senior year of high school (Yes, I know I am old) and over the next dozen years the abandoned park fell into disrepair.  Fortunately a passionate group of citizens worked feverishly to restore and reopen the park and make it a destination once again.  Land was cleared, buildings were restored, and trails were created for all ability levels.  This park is a gem and over the past 15 years it has been a place where I have brought my boys to hike, bike, fish, explore, and of course Geocache.  It also happens to be the location of the first cache we ever found (Benson Park - Reborn GC2A7AT).  Recently there have been new features added to the park, a nice playground, bandstand, and a 911 Memorial that is very symbolic and moving for anyone that remembers that fateful day (This is a must visit spot in the park!).  The spring of 2020 brought on many challenges, one of them was the closing of many popular places to get outside and recreate, Benson Park was one of those places.  Fortunately, having lived in the area most of my life, I had a few secret entrances into this playground that enabled me to explore the park during this time, and now I will share one of them with you.

To find my secret entrance you will need to know a little history of the park, if you are not as familiar with the park as I am, then Wikipedia will be your best source of information.  Do your research and answer the following questions to get the correct coordinates to one of the best kept secrets in town.

Parking is on the side of the street and there is room for at least 6 cars.

The cache can be found at N42 DD.HBE  W071 CC.GAF
