Les PiratesDu13 n'empruntent pas la route de la Gineste, du moins, pas pour se livrer à leurs pratiques pirates. Ils préfèrent s'adonner au transport illégal de marchandises, en particulier des compotes bio sans sucre ajouté et autres bichocos qui sont les briques primaires de leurs pauses goûter, au travers de sentiers, ceci afin d'éviter de payer des taxes ou de faire entrer des produits autorisés dans le parc naturel. Aussi, sur les traces de leur papa qui utilisait ces sentiers pour s'adonner à la pratique du jogging alors qu'il était étudiant doctorant sur le campus de Luminy, les moussaillons de l'équipage crapahutent, sac à dos sur le dos, et profitent de l'endroit pour prendre leur goûter, réconfort bien mérité lors des balades, le week-end.

Dans le grand virage à droite à mi-hauteur de la montée de Luminy, l'on emprunte l'accès pompiers de la route des Calanques, et on file tout du long du sentier. Le waypoint indique à quel niveau enfiler un pantalon long et s'enfoncer dans les herbes hautes en direction des pins à main gauche. Attention, ça picote et il faut aider les hobbits à se faufiler sans se griffer le visage. La cache vous attend au détour d'un tronc à quelques encablures. Il vous faudra ouvrir l'oeil et le bon. Les coordonnées ont été mesurées au smartphone en utilisant l'appli, en calculant la moyenne de 3 mesures en venant de directions opposées, comme indiqué dans les guidelines.

PiratesDu13 do not ride the route of the Gineste, at least not to engage in their pirate practices. They prefer to engage in the illegal transport of goods, especially organic sauce without added sugar and other bichocos that are the primary bricks of their snack breaks, through trails, in order to avoid paying taxes or bringing authorized products into the natural park. Also, following in the footsteps of their father who used these trails for jogging while he was a Ph.D. student on the Luminy campus, the crew's young men are wading through the trails, backpack on their backs, and take advantage of the place to have their snack, a well-deserved comfort during the weekend walks.

In the big right turn halfway up the hill of Luminy, you take the fire access of the Calanques road, and you go along the path. The waypoint indicates at which level to put on long pants and go into the tall grass towards the pines on the left hand side. Beware, it's tingly and you have to help the hobbits to sneak in without scratching your face. The cache is waiting for you at the bend in the trunk a few yards away. You'll have to keep your eyes open and the right one. The coordinates were measured on the smartphone using the app, averaging 3 measurements from opposite directions, as indicated in the guidelines.
