This bicycle R&R station was built in Q4 2020. It is at a beautiful location overlooking the ocean and the Penang Swim Club.
This rest stop has 2 sinks for refilling waterbottles. There are a bunch of tables and chairs and a shaded area for sitting down to take a rest. There is also a bike rack to lock up your bike.
This rest stop is great not only for bikers but also for walkers and joggers who need a rest. The state has recently built a nice wide sidewalk that goes all the way to Gurney Mall.
