This is the second cache in the "Welcome" series. It's just on the borderline of Maple Valley and Renton.
The Cache is just off the trail about 4 feet. should be a fairly easy find but then again some people get frustrated with micros so be patient and take your time. The cache is under a pretty decent sized rock. You should be able to find the area pretty easy as there are two large rocks marking the area.
The container is a small green Geocaching tube.
