Geocache is NOT at posted coordinates. This is a place often used by local geocachers to practice their networking. We encourage you to attend the next time they meet there.
Networking
Often in the movies, spies are fighting and outsmarting their enemies. In reality, if you are getting into high speed car chases all the time, you are doing something very wrong as a professional spy. Spies are more likely to be networking. A good field operative who is recruiting agents in a foreign country must be very successful at making friends. The spy must get his potential agent to trust him before getting him to take on huge risks. It is no small thing to engage in espionage against your country. The spy-agent relationship is critical.
There are simple techniques for making friends that a spy can use anywhere, but sometimes an engineered meeting is required. A spy can proactively create encounters or could make sure she’s hanging out at the right places to meet a potential agent.
To find the coordinates for the cache, study the collage of the CO's favorite encounters with potential agents. Use the checker to verify that you have estracted the correct information. Watch out for operatives in the area when you are retrieving the cache - be stealthy.

If you have been a good student at spy school and have been practicing your networking skills, you might want to see if you can pass the exam by visiting GC78DFT (CCT - 50 Events - Challenge Cache Trail)
