The cache is not at the Posted Coords.
You will need to collect some info and do some sums that will help you collect the correct coords to find the cache.
You will need to go to the Posted Coords that will take you to a sign that is above a door on one side of the Hall, this is where you can collect all your info.
Answer A - The number of vowels in the first name on the sign.
Answer B - The number of vowels in the second name on the sign x2.
Answer C - The number of vowels in the first word within the arched writing x3.
Answer D - The number of vowels in the bottom word within the arched writing.
Answer E - The number of consonants in the two names on the sign, take the last digit of your answer.
Checksum - A+B+C+D+E = 23
The Final Cache can be found at: N 50 (A+D)(A+D+D).(B)(E+E)(A-E-D) W 003 (D)(A+A).(C-D)(E-D)(A+E+D)
The cache is a fair distance from the Village Hall so you may want to drive to the cache!
