This cache would have been placed for the 2021 Six More Weeks of Winter event. Since we can't get together for an evening of caching and chatting, the trails can still be refreshed with new hides.
This PB jar is hidden along the Wilderness Walk trail, not far from the trail. The piles of trees around you are the result of a fierce wind storm that damaged this area in 2013. Though the forest lost a lot of trees, the area was clear for sunlight to reach the forest floor allowing new growth. An important event in the life of a healthy forest.
As a reminder for all the property here, NO night caching. Trails are open dayllight hours year round and the area is patrolled by the Stark County Sheriff's Department. Dogs are not allowed on this section of property.
