The cache is NOT at the above coordinates. To find this cache, you must download the Whereigo cartridge from the the Whereigo site: A Black Diamond Historical Tour II
This Wherigo cache will take you on a historical tour of Black Diamond, starting at the cemetery. The Mine 14 hoist site IS correctly sited. I feel that it's an important enough site to keep in the tour (it was in the original tour) despite the nearby private property. The information that you need for that site is contained WITHIN the cartridge on the page BEFORE the question. The cache is a .30cal ammo can. I recommend bringing a GPS for the final.
(Please note that messages sent to me from Geocaching's message system while in the field, may not receive an immediate response.)
