The JOE cache series was started by altosaxplayer, a member of the Tri-Cities Geocachers. The name JOE means "Just Off Exit". This series was started as an Interstate 70 equivalent to the "Loop to Loop" and I-81 cache series that was started in Nashville TN by cgeek. The JOE caches are placed no more than two tenths of a mile from the exit and the hint is a dead give away to the cache location. JOE caches are an easy way to pick up more cache finds while traveling.
Parking is available in the Park and Ride nearby. It has room for some swag and small TBs.
