Continuing the get-off-the-highway for QEF run, a new installation! This one is listed as NOT a night cache for the simple reason that you will have to cross the concrete barrier. There is plenty of room to spare for safety if you are paying attention and USE THE HINT, but at night if you are being a ding dong and staring at your GPSr that is bouncing, the fall would be excruciating. The cache is attached to a man made object, do not go near the edge.
Parking is wide and deep and satisfactory even for RV trailers. If the weather is nice, it's a lovely and unexpected distance view.
