Signal 💡 Traditional Cache

Who is Signal-- you ask? Well, Signal is the Geocaching Mascot.  This link gives the history of how and why he was chosen.  

Geocaching HQ has made Sigal the Frog a Locationless cache as part of GC8FROG----you just need to go see him at a Mega or Giga Event in 2020 or 2021.

Since most of us cannot travel to these events, I thought I would allow the locals to visit Signal here.  I hope you enjoy the "forest art."

Conditions are quite different if you come in the summer Vs. winter.  Summer: the main trail will be good but any side trails will have sticker bushes and more ticks.  Easiest way to get to GZ is to follow main trail up until you intersect the 2nd snowmobile trail.  Turn right.  Walk down trail and the GZ will be approx 60ft off of the snowmobile trail --this will prevent you from breaking your own trail if you snowshoe here.  Enjoy
