Thinking Day is held on February 22 of each year! This date was chosen as it is the birthday of Scouting and Guiding founder Lord Robert Baden-Powell and of Lady Olave Baden-Powell, his wife and World Cheif Guide. Some Scouting and Guiding members call it B.P. day or Founders Day. It is a day when they think about their "sisters" and "brothers" in all countries around the world and celebrate the organizations!
As we get ready for 2021 Thinking Day, we wanted to get together to celebrate Geocaching and all the stories and adventures that this world wide game has brought us to! Make sure you bring your trackable to share and exchange! Geocaching has been an activity that has become a part of Scouting and Guiding programs around the world! The activity has enabled many youth to get outside, use a GPS, go on many adventures looking for treasures plus much more!
Meet us at Tim Hortons on Majors Path at 11 am Sunday morning to start the celebrations of geocaching during B P week 2021!
