A short straight climb to this one’s definitely not recommended. A bit safer to walk up the wash to “Hilltop Bunker”, enjoy the views, then prance west along the ridge to the overlook above the parking site … & even at that, this walk’s not recommended with bare feet.
8 x 6 x 1 ½” tin under a ledge behind a few rocks over the edge atop the cliff. The “Difficulty 4” is due to the absence of notable landmarks to guide you to the hidey-hole … gotta rely on the cords & geo-sense (elev’n 1,324’).
