Looking at the plaque (very small one) you will see David's resting place.

A =  Number of letters in David's last name +2

B = The first number in date of birth

C = Number of letters in mother's name

D = Number of letters in fathers name

E = Number of letters in David's middle name +3

F = Second number in date of death -3

G = Number of letters in first word of the third line
