This cache is in two parts. The first will take you to an area in Rockland that is well used for community events and you will see some great views of the harbor and boat landing area. At certain times of the year there will be farmers markets, music festivals, boat festivals and the famous Rockland Lobster Festival at this location. Park at the coordinates and turn away from the water to find the clue. You will are looking for a four digit year. There is no physical cache at this location!
