This Cache is celebrating St Johns County turning 200 years. The county's birthday is July 21st 1821.
Home of local hero and Author Stetson Kennedy, his home has become a St Johns County Park called "Beluthahatchee" and tours are offered by the Stetson Kennedy Foundation. Other famous people have visited and stayed here to paint, write music and books. One you may know of is Woody Guthrie who wrote This Land is Your Land. It's a small park open to the public, but it's full of history. Don't be fooled; the entrance looks like a personal driveway, but when you see the signs you will know you're in the right place. By the way, there are two homes on the side so don't get confused. Have fun.
Seekers will see the honors of two, different folk of the famous few, no one is home so knocking is unneed, the door you seek a furry friend may succeed.
