Easy 2-stage multicache. Both stages are park-and-grab's, although it may be easier to walk to the final.
At the first stage, you will find a post with four signs on it. For the purpose of this cache, sign 1 is the top one, sign 4 is the bottom one (the top sign has 13 lines).
The coordinates for the final container are N 42 31.ABC W 083 06.XYZ, where (count the number of letters in words):
A = sign 1, line 3, word 2,
B = sign 1, line 9, word 3,
C = sign 2, line 2, word 4,
X = sign 3, line 3, word 2,
Y = sign 4, line 4, word 3,
Z = sign 4, line 2, word 3.
The checksum for all 6 digits (A+B+C+X+Y+Z) is 27.
