TeamTav: I went to the spot yesterday and see the sign. The property there was always had a spot open for parking and the kids of the man who used to live way in the back must have put the sign up. I am going to deactivate the caches here. The forested area from Federal furnace to that little road and up to the cache are owned by the town. The man in the back, his property crosses over the little path/road up to the cache, but it you approach from the left of the road at the beginning you are on town property. One cache has been reported in rough shape so at this point I am just going to deactivate them both. They will still be there but no longer posted.
