This business used to deal with fabricated stone countertops, shower surrounds, etc, hence the cache name. The find is simple. The cache is great for kids, because of the size and SWAG. It would also make an excellent resting spot for travelers. Park at the coordinates, then meander around the side of the building to make the find. Traffic may make it difficult to enter and exit.
The current tenants are aware of the cache, and gave permission for the hide. In fact, although they are muggles, they have geocached with friends. It is available 24/7, but daylight might be a better choice.
