Could this be an alien language? If so, what does it mean? Should numeral names be spelled out? There are so many possibilities. Every lead seems to be a dead end. Right now, it seems no solution is in sight. Clearly that can't be right. It has to have an answer. All geocachers should be able to find it. No one should give up. Somehow even the least experienced among us can figure it out.
