This, hopefully, will be an interesting and solvable puzzle.  All you must do is discern the significance of the dates below and how they can be used to find the coordinates for the location of  the container.  The dates are out there for you, now just pic how to use them.  Good luck!!!!

The container is a cammo nut jar that should be easy to spot once you get near ground zero.
