Geocache Description:

This cache is a black 30 cal ammo box on the ground next to an old telephone pole. It is in heavy brush and covered by a moss covered piece of plywood and some twigs.

You could get to this cache by boat, bike or car; there is a paved bike path and canal are nearby.

This cache is not really in my backyard. It is in what was once a backyard of a house that stood here back in the '60s. I can remember driving by the "haunted" house as a child. Around the cache you will find stone and cement ruins, old bottles and other items left by the family that once lived here. Your log entry could include a good "ghost" story.
