This series is partly based on obscure locations the county Department Of Emergency Services dispatch to. Cecil County DES call center dispatches , Fire, EMS and police based on patrol areas in the county. It is a fully staffed 24 hour agency with dispatchers specially trained in Police, Fire and Medical Dispatch protocol. All dispatchers are trained and certified through an International Accepted Organization. The dispatchers are also cpr certified and most are affiliated with county fire departments as well.
