Geocache Description:

Built in 1933 this 160ft bridge was the first major construction project of the CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps). It was originally meant to provide access to the east side of the Sacramento River for fire protection. In 1975 it was dedicated to E. Raymond Huber and the men of the CCC for their work for the Forest Service. Today it is used as a pedestrian bridge providing wonderful views of the river and Mt. Shasta.

There used to be a hide here but it has since been archived so I took the opportunity to hide a new container at this location because I think it's a great spot for a cache. Feel free to walk across the bridge and make sure to bring a camera to take pictures.

The cache contains a $1 bill for FTF. It is a small container with room for small trading items. Please be stealthy as this could be a busy location, make sure to keep it well concealed and hidden from muggles. Good luck!

Congratulations to SHFoamer and McAttk for the Co-FTF!
