This one was placed in Febuary 2021, my 4th Cache placed during a COVID-19 lockdown!
This cache is placed along the nearby to me Bullfurlong lane (once it becomes a Bridleway track after the residential road). A few years ago I was having to deliver Christmas cards along the residential part for Hinckley Scouts Chrismas post but I found that (most of) the houses along it have names rather than numbers (apart from the one that I couldn't find but eventually I asked a friendly resident who showed me a map and we worked out the name in question was one of the few that now had a number rather than name!
At the end of the residential street there is a bridleway during the initial lockdown I did a plesant walk along it and then picked up a footpath to by the M69 / A5 roundabout. It's surfaced so fine for cycling (even in the wet winter weather of this lockdown).
Alternatively you can walk to it via the footpath from along Coventry road, see the trailhead (but the hint is assuming you are facing GZ from the lane). You could even make it a circular route to include my other GC92WWK Cache along Coventry Road!
The host is a unique stile design in my opinion (I think there are a few like that along there).
The cache container is simular to my 'Nuts about COVID' cache container. It shouldn't pose an issue to 'experienced' cachers but because it could for someone who hasn't come across this container type before I've made the difficulty 3. Please see the hint if you are struggling.
NB: I averaged the coordinates from my GPS and from my phone and my phone agerages were one higher on the latitude and one lower on the longitude so if you make different ones then please post them in your log.
Also I do not think it would be easily wheelchair accessible but please post in your log if you find it from a wheelchair!
April 2025 hint wording updated slightly, cache is still in the same place but at a lower height.... With the recent planing proposals I'm not sure how long until this spot is in the middle of a new hopusing estate!
