Not quite New York City....that's always booming. :) This NYC = North Yarmouth Center, which has been going through a boom of its own. In the past five years, three new housing developments, a cafe, several new businesses, a town community center, and a yoga studio have sprung up in the village center. Currently under construction is a new ice cream shop, hopefully open by the summer. Who knows what will pop up here next!
Quick park & grab. If there is too much snow to park on the side of the road, you can park a short distance away at the fire station.
