The cache is hidden in the tunnels built in early 20th century as part of the plan to protect St.Petersburgh, the capitol of Russian Empire at that time. The tunnel was dug but was never finished, neither were the bunkers which were meant to be built in either end of the tunnel.
Coordinates will lead you to crater. There are 2 entrances to tunnels there, both require you to crawl into. One has the cache inside, the other doesnt. If you reach the end of one tunnel, it goes very narrow. Between the ceiling and floor there is a small gap, you have to crawl through if you are tiny person. Big person will not fit easily. This is the WRONG tunnel.
The correct tunnel will end with deep and tall opening. In the bottom there is water and the opening is much bigger than the other tunnel. Then you are in the CORRECT tunnel. Turn around and walk back about 20 meters. On the left you will find another entrance. Small gap in the floor, you can crawl into. Go there, there is a garbage pile from aboveground. There is also cache. On your left hand side, before the garbage pile. You do not need to go into garbage.
Check the hint pictures how to identify the correct tunnel and find the cache. It is not difficult, there is impossible to get lost in the tunnels as they do not have crossings or other tunnels leading into.
The cache got it's name from icycles during the day the cache was hidden. Wear clothes which can get dirty!

Aare on peidetud järjekordsesse Peeter Suure merekindluse tunnelisse. Neid tunneleid lõplikult valmis ehitada ei jõutud, tunneli otstesse plaanitud punkrite ehitamisega ei jõutud alustadagi.
Antud koordinaat juhatab sind süvendisse. Tähelepanelikul vaatlemisel näed kahte tunnelisuud. Üks sisaldab aaret, teine mitte.
Kui lähed ühe tunneli lõppu, siis läheb seal väga kitsaks. Põranda ja lae vaheline ala on vaid nii kitsas, et peeniksem inimene suudab end sealt läbi pressida. Seal taga on veel üks ruum, kuid väga lühike. See koobas on vale koobas. Keera ots ringi ja roni maapinnale tagasi ning vali teine auk.
Õige koobas lõppeb suure ja sügava süvendiga. Selle põhjas on vett ja lagi on kõrgem, kui muidu koobas, mida mööda käia saad. Siis tead, et oled õiges koopas. Keera ennast 180 kraadi ringi ja mine üks 20 meetrit tagasi suudme suunas, vasakut kätt näed ühte auku, mis viib sind sügavamale järgmisesse koopasse.
