La série "Floranges Nord"

Je vous propose une série de 21 caches sur un parcours de 5km, plus une cache bonus. Contrairement à son grand frère "Floranges Hors Piste", ce parcours reste à 90% sur des chemins. Seul le passage de la 5 vers la 6 passe à travers bois, sans aucune difficulté cependant.

Que cela ne vous dispense pas de vous munir de chaussures étanches, certains chemins étant boueux, voire inondés selon les saisons.

Ma vision du Geocaching, c'est qu'on y va pour trouver les caches, pas pour fouiller une forêt pendant des heures en grattant partout. On sait que les GPS sous les arbres ont toujours un peu de mal à 10-15 mètres près. C'est pourquoi toutes les caches de la série sont faciles à trouver grâce à une photo et un indice aussi descriptif que possible. Les caches sont toutes constituées de flacons d'analyse d'urine, n'ayant jamais servi c'est promis !!!

Comment trouver la cache Floranges Nord BONUS

Pour découvrir cette cache finale, il faut avoir trouvé les 21 caches de la série. Chaque cache vous donnera un indice, à noter précieusement. (Prenez les en photo si vous voulez, mais ne les publiez pas, merci). L'indice est un chiffre associé à un animal ayant été vu par votre serviteur dans cette même forêt ou à proximité immédiate. Si vous en voyez, n'hésitez pas à le mentionner dans le log.

Il faudra combiner tous ces indices pour reconstituer les coordonnées de la cache finale.

Attention, la forêt de Floranges est parfois "réservée" à la chasse, ces jours là il est fortement déconseillé de venir chercher des Geocaches. Pour connaitre le calendrier des jours de chasse, rendez-vous sur le site de l'ONF et téléchargez le calendrier "Forêt Domaniale de Floranges"

The series "Floranges Nord"

I propose a series of 21 caches over a 5km course, plus a bonus cache. Unlike its big brother "Floranges Hors Piste", this course remains 90% on tracks. Only the path from the 5 to the 6 passes through the woods, without any difficulty however.

This doesn't mean you don't need to wear waterproof footwear, as some of the paths are muddy or even flooded depending on the season.
My vision of Geocaching is that you go there to find the caches, not to dig a forest for hours scratching around. We know that the GPS under the trees always have a bit of trouble within 10-15 metres. That's why all the caches in the series are easy to find with a photo and a hint that is as descriptive as possible. The caches are all made up of urine analysis bottles, never used, I swear !!!

How to find the cache Floranges Nord BONUS

To discover this final cache, you must have found all 21 caches of the series. Each cache will give you a hint, which you should note down carefully. (Take pictures of them if you want, but don't publish them, thank you). The hint is a number associated with an animal that has been seen by yours truly in the same forest or in its immediate vicinity.If you see any, do not hesitate to mention it in the log.

You will have to combine all these hints to reconstitute the coordinates of the final cache.

Be careful ! The Forêt de Floranges is sometimes closed for hunting. In such case, I strongly advise NOT to seek for geocaches. In order to check the hunting days, look on the ONF website and download the calendar "Forêt Domaniale de Floranges"
