A popular lookout to watch maritime traffic in and out of "The Rip", a narrow and treacherous strtch of water in the Port Phillip Heads. You can watch the ships and pilot boats move in and out. Some days you may have to watch quite a lot of them, waiting for a break to grab the cache !
The original cache on this spot was a puzzle, with a high difficulty rating. When I adopted the original, it had been a trad for quite while, but retained the difficulty rating.
When that container went walkabout recently, I decided to archive the cache and re-list a new one with a more appripriate D/T.
