On our daily runs, Raider and I have noticed a path across from where we usually run. Because it was new and unknown to us, we thought it needed a geocache (well, thought that. He just panted, drooled and looked for a public restroom....a tree).
So we crossed over the water and found this nice little path. It has a seating area and trash bin. The highway is behind you but the noise isn't that bad. One can watch the water life especially birds that gather there.
You will have to walk/ride/skate to GZ as the gate to the path is right at the base of the Anza overpass. The nearest parking is the Burlingame dog exercise park (about a one mile walk) or a parking lot at the golf center. The cache itself is not on the paved path, so you will have to cross a tiny stretch of growth so don't trip.
