If you do not live nearby and have no car then catch bus no 18 from the central city bus hub. There is an excellent bike track from the central city. At the time of placement it is still been extended out to Portobello so you will be forced onto the road in places. For rhose with a car or motorbike there is ample parking.
From the posted coordinated, enter the foyer of the community hall entrance. Straight ahead you will see the mens toilet door to the left of the womens. for obvious reasons I did not inspect the mens but no doubt they are similar to the womens except there is probably not sanitary dispolsal units and fewer cubicles to make way for urinals. anyway, in the womens the room has three cubicles, one large enough for a wheel chair and there are some hand rails for assistance. all units have the toilet roll dispensers that can hold two rolls per unit. Only two of the three units has a sanitary disposal unit. The walls of the room looks like it is made of painted pinex, with the exception of the back wall of the larger unit which is made up of painted concrete blocks. The colour is a near white and the smell of fresh paint is lingering at the time of inspection. Other times that I have visited there has been no mal odour. The cubical partitions are of some grey material in a metal frame. Loos are cermanic with whits plastic seats. There are two volumes available for flushing. Outside the units there are two stainless steel hand basins. Cold water only for washing. The soap dispenser at the time of the visit is awaiting reattachment to the freshly painted wall. There is a hot air drier. Under the hand basin there is a rubbish bin. The floor is of smooth bricks. Not a place to avoid if you need to go. The outside door can be locked and there is no indication of the hours that the place is open.
