Welcome to the Chino Creek Wetlands and Educational Park! This 22 acre park was designed to restore native habitat and natural drainage while showcasing the environmental value of the Prado Basin, the largest riparian forest in southern California.
The park is open to the public throughout the year during daylight hours, and provides an educational experience to local students through the Water Discovery Field Trip Program. The Park serves as a demonstration area for the community on conservation and the importance of wetlands in our environment, improving water supply, stormwater treatment, and water efficiency.
The 5 sites in this adventure are found along the 1.7 mile trail system in the park.
Park visiting hours are:
8am - 5pm (October through May)
8am - 7pm (June through September)
