Part of my Ocean City, NJ Sightseeing Cache Tour of the Island

A little known fact is that Captain Jack Sparrow, Captian Kidd and Captain Morgan use to sail the black flag along the New Jersey coast and their are rumors that each of them came a shore to bury treasure before enterning safe harbor in either Manhattan Island or Boston harbor.
It is said that burried here at the south end of Ocean City Island was a treasure chest filled with Pieces of Eight. Unlikley as it may seem hidden in a parking lot of Peck's Beach we have located a small cache of a piece of eight. Your job is to locate the treasure, sign the cache - carefully replace it so that other scallywag landlubbers can find it. Dead Men Tell No Tales!

This is meant to be a cache and dash - quick easy find if you know what you are looking for. Welcome to the South Island is a little slower a little farther out of the way from the tourists and the shooby's.
59th Street used to have an amazing pier that was a focal point of being on this part of OCNJ. Weather, rough seas and old age took that away and now there is a wonderful first aid station,OCNJ Beach Patrol HQ, big parking lot and entrance to Corson's Inlet State Park. Please enjoy the view, the beach, sun, sand and your time at the Greatest Family Resort on the planet.

The Cache is NOT in the dunes (please stay off), not on the beach, not buried and not in the street. Please be careful while caching and place the cache back where you found it. Make sure everything is back on tight and don't post a picture of the cache. YE HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
