Located in a Cemetery. Very easy but you will have to climb a small hill.
This is the site of one of the founders of the city in which the cache is located. However, when the man died, this area was not yet within the city. To get credit, email me a SMALL photo of the man's gravestone. (Note: I will send a reply ONLY if it's not the right gravestone.)
