This is one of a number of geocaches hidden in or near Brookfield Park. This park is on the site of the former Horticultural Research Centre. You need to walk on the path that runs outside the north side of the park. You can only access the cache from this path. The difficulty/terrain reflects the need to find this path which can get muddy at times.
